TDC's Collaborative Operating System (OS) is designed to create a shared language across TDC's family of companies. It equips us to collaborate effectively, lead and manage consistently, develop our great people and create a roadmap for our future.
TDC's Collaborative OS is not a document to be read from start to finish — in order. You could do that, and that would be great (while revealing one of our core values: proactivity). However, it's intended to be more like a reference book for how we operate. In it, you'll find the rich detail of what we do, how we do it and why we do it that way.
